Professional Conduct Protocol of Dong Do Security:
Saluting Command:
You must salute your commanding officers upon meeting them, greet important guests of the target location, and salute your superiors.
To execute the saluting command, you must master the standing posture.
Standing Posture:
Standing posture involves placing both heels together on a horizontal line. The feet are at a 45-degree angle (measured from the inner edges). Keep the knees straight, distribute weight evenly on both legs, expand the chest, slightly tuck in the abdomen, and balance the shoulders. Keep the arms straight down, with the fingers naturally closed. Place the thumb of the right hand between the first and second joints of the index finger, and the middle finger along the seam of the pants. The neck is straight, the mouth closed, and eyes forward (refer to Figure 6 - on the left).
Saluting Gesture:
From the standing posture, raise the right hand closest to the body. The middle finger touches the right side of the hat. Close all five fingers and straighten them. The palm faces down and slightly forward. The arm and hand form a straight line. The upper arm is parallel to the shoulders, and maintain eye contact with the person being saluted.
Protocol for Bowing:
Depending on the culture of each client, if they prefer bowing over saluting, Nam Ky Security personnel execute a bowing gesture.

From the standing posture, bend the upper body forward at a 45-degree angle relative to the lower body. The head, neck, and back form a natural straight line. Keep the legs and arms in the same position as the standing posture. The lower the bow, the more it demonstrates respect for the person being greeted.
