Employee Standards for Building Security:
Due to the demanding nature of Building Security Services, professionalism is imperative. Security personnel must be rigorously selected based on health, age, and appearance. They undergo three rounds of screening, interviews, and skill assessments. Only those who pass all three rounds are included in the training list. The training period lasts two weeks and focuses solely on understanding the building's characteristics and operational procedures. Prior to this, they undergo one month of training in security operations, fire prevention and fighting, and five basic first aid techniques, to be eligible to work for commercial buildings.
After a period of work, employees who are not suitable for the job conditions will be replaced to proactively manage human resources for Building Security Services.
