  5. Inform the new security guard about dining options and how to order food.
  6. Conduct training and orientation sessions for the new security guard regarding their duties at the target location. Provide direct training or assign a trainer. If assigning a trainer, ensure they supervise and assess the training.
  7. After completing the training, schedule shifts and positions for the new security guard. The principle of assigning tasks is to start with easier tasks before progressing to more challenging ones.
