RESPONSIBILITIES OF RECRUITMENT OFFICERS FOR NEW SECURITY GUARDS

Upon completing the recruitment and basic skills training at the office, the next step is to deploy the newly recruited security guards to their assigned locations. At this stage, the recruitment officers have the following responsibilities:

1. Prepare deployment orders and issue them to the newly recruited security guards.
2. Coordinate with the Target Team Leader and/or Area Commander to confirm the time and location for receiving the new security guards. It is the responsibility of these leaders to receive the new recruits at the target location.
3. Inform the new security guards about the address of the target location or the team's premises and provide detailed guidance on how to get there.
4. Provide the names and phone numbers of the supervising officers at the target location, including the Target Team Leader and Area Commander.
5. Brief and explain to the new recruits about the timing and location of their training.
6. Familiarize the new recruits with the uniform code of conduct when attending the training or working at the target location.
7. Provide their own contact information to the new security guards and emphasize important points.
8. After the new recruits have departed, contact the Target Team Leader and/or Area Commander to notify them of the expected arrival time of the new security guards.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF TARGET TEAM LEADERS FOR NEW SECURITY GUARDS

The target team leader referred to in this context includes the Target Team Leader and the Area Commander, with the Target Team Leader being the primary responsible individual and the Area Commander acting as the supervisor. In cases where the Target Team Leader is unavailable, the Shift Supervisor may substitute. According to the regulations of Nam Ky Security, the responsibilities of these leadership positions are as follows:

1. Proactively communicate to verify the new security guard's travel route and provide guidance to ensure they arrive at the target location correctly.
2. Welcome and escort the new security guard to the target location or team premises to settle in.
3. Before allowing the new security guard to start their training at the target location, inspect their appearance and uniform. Inform them of Nam Ky Security's uniform regulations.
4. Guide the new security guard to various locations within the target location. Provide a brief explanation of the main tasks associated with each position.
5. Inform the new security guard about dining options and how to order food.
6. Conduct training and orientation sessions for the new security guard regarding their duties at the target location. Provide direct training or assign a trainer. If assigning a trainer, ensure they supervise and assess the training.
7. After completing the training, schedule shifts and positions for the new security guard. The principle of assigning tasks is to start with easier tasks before progressing to more challenging ones.
8. Create the best possible conditions for the new security guard to integrate into the target location and establish rapport with colleagues.
